1. Notes regarding delivery

• Damage to artworks during shipping has occurred in the following cases. In recent years, depending on the packaging method, there have been instances where the shipping company's insurance does not cover the damage. Please check the details below.

・When shipping glass or ceramic items, we use shock-resistant outer boxes and cushioning materials, and display warning labels such as "Handle with care" and "Keep upside down."

・Photographs or artworks printed directly on acrylic sheets may come into contact with the packaging material during shipping and be damaged, so please take measures to prevent them from coming into contact with the packaging material.

・Oil paintings, acrylic paintings, and other works that are not yet dry may stick to the packaging and be damaged, so please make sure that they do not come into contact with the packaging.

・We cannot guarantee against damage during delivery. ・Please bring the above items in (unpack) and take them home (pack).

・In order to protect your valuable works, please understand the contents and take care in packaging them when shipping.
