Take the elevator from the Riverain Center Building entrance to the 8th floor
*Entry is accepted at the admissions office

Car loading/unloading: Orange circle
Loading and unloading (within 15 minutes) is only available for large works (over 250cm in total length, 3 dimensions, 20kg or more). Permission from the museum is required, so please contact the TORAM office by the deadline. Others should use public transportation or nearby parking lots.

Delivery procedure
*Please arrive at the reception desk with plenty of time.
① 10:30 Check-in at the museum entrance
・From the P4 Riverain Building loading entrance to the 8th floor
・Elevators (crowded)
・Inform the museum of the name of the exhibition and proceed with the admission procedure.
② 11:00 TORAM reception begins in the exhibition room
・Inform the artist name and reception number
③ 11:30 Unpacking the artwork
・Post a caption on the back of the work
・Lean it against the wall (temporary placement)
④ 12:00 Place the packaging materials in the designated location
・Those who have finished will leave in order.
・Check that the name is written on the packaging
⑤ 13:00 Delivery acceptance ends
・Layout determined by the exhibition coordinator

② 16:30 Group photo taken in the exhibition room *Optional
③ 17:00 Exhibition ends *Entry by 17:00
④ 17:30 Packaging materials are taken from the warehouse to the front of the artwork.
⑤ 18:00 After packing, those who have finished will leave in order.
⑥ 19:30 Unloading completed
If you have trouble finding the exhibition room, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.
6. Large, heavy, special, etc.

・Weight (over 20 kg)
・Works that are delicate glass, complicated assembly, sharp or easily scratched. The office cannot handle these works.

No designated carrier
Please arrange for a shipping company to handle the unpacking and display, and the return (removal and packing).
・Please carry in and out by yourself or arrange for staff. ・The secretariat cannot arrange for vendors or staff.
If you have arranged for a contractor, please contact the office.
