・Overseas return: International document fee of 5,500 yen

Take the elevator from the Riverain Center Building entrance to the 8th floor

Car loading/unloading: Orange circle
Loading and unloading (within 15 minutes) is only available for large works (over 250cm in total length, 3 dimensions, 20kg or more). Permission from the museum is required, so please contact the TORAM office by the deadline. Others should use public transportation or nearby parking lots.
Delivery procedure
*Please arrive with plenty of time to spare for registration.
① 10:30 Check in at the museum entrance.
・From the P4 Riverain Building loading dock to the 8th floor
• Elevators (they get crowded)
- Tell them the name of the exhibition and proceed with the admission process.
② 11:00 TORAM registration begins in the exhibition room.
- Provide the artist's name and reservation number.
③ 11:30 Unpacking the artwork
- Attach the caption to the back of the artwork.
- Lean it against the wall (temporary placement)
④ 12:00 Place the packing materials in the designated location.
- Check that the name is written on the packaging material.
Those who have finished will leave in order.
⑤ 13:00 Delivery acceptance ends
- Placement decisions made by the coordinator
⑥ 19:30 Ready to open

④ 17:30 Packaging materials are taken from the warehouse to the front of the artwork.
⑤ 18:00 After packing, those who have finished will leave in order.
⑥ 19:30 Unloading completed

• Fragile artwork cannot be handled by the office.
