Walk towards the loading entrance and go to the reception desk.

If you are bringing in by car, please use the nearby paid parking lot.
Delivery procedure
*Please allow some time for confirmation and processing.
Please be patient as we will guide you in order.
① 09:30 Check in at the museum entrance.
・Tell the receptionist the name of the exhibition and enter the museum.
② 10:00 TORAM reception on the 3rd floor, in the exhibition room.
・Provide the artist's name and reservation number.
③ 11:00 Unpacking the artwork
・Attach the caption to the back of the artwork.
・Lean it against the wall (temporary placement)
④ 11:30 Place the packing materials in the designated location.
・Check that the name is written on the packaging material.
・Those who have finished will leave in order.
⑤ 12:00 Delivery acceptance ends
・Placement decisions made by the coordinator
・Installation work by the exhibition company
⑥ 17:00 Preparation for opening completed

⑥ 17:00 Removal completed
