1. Check your email
Notification email of selection result
After submitting your entry, you will receive an email within approximately one week.
*No documents will be sent by mail.
If you have any questions, please reply to the email sent to you (notification of selection).
★If you don't receive an email about your selection
Check your spam and other folders
If you do not receive it, please contact the office.
There are cases where emails sent from mobile carriers cannot be delivered.
2. Checking documents sent by mail
Please check your mailing documents
After submitting your entry, you will receive your prize within 1-2 weeks.

Only those who have requested removal from the secretariat

3. Changes and Cancellations

If we wait until the very last minute, we won't be able to prepare for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
・Within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection, after that a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged.
・No refunds within one month of the event date
・If you cancel, your entry will be cancelled.
If you cancel, please join us again next time.
4. Photos and visuals of the venue
Published in [Award-winning and selected artists]
*Scheduled for approximately 3 days from the event date
★There are many wonderful works on display
Please share information on social media so that many people can see your work and the work of other artists.
*Please also use poster images.
