Notification email of selection result
You will receive an email approximately one week after submitting your application.
Please reply to the email you received (notification of acceptance) with any questions.

2. Changes and Cancellations
For those applying with reference works
*Please submit images of your completed work, along with the title, size, and materials, by the application deadline.
If we wait until the last minute before the event, we won't have enough time to prepare for the exhibition.
Title change / Work change
*The application deadline is now.
Changes cannot be made after the application deadline.
Cancellation Policy
・Within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection, after that a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged.
・No refunds within one month of the event date
・If you cancel, your entry will be cancelled.
If you cancel, please join us again next time.
3. Venue photos and visuals

★There are many wonderful works on display
Please share information on social media so that many people can see your work and the work of other artists.
*Please also use poster images.
