Photography is prohibited anywhere in the museum except the exhibition rooms, and on admission passes.

*The main entrance will be closed on the day of delivery.

Please inform the security guard at the entrance of the name of the exhibition and go through the admission procedure.

・Usage time: After 10:00, approximately 2 hours
・No application required: Please inform the reception on the day.
*The museum parking lot may be very crowded with other groups.
Please use the nearby parking lot.
Delivery procedure
*Please arrive with plenty of time to spare for registration.
① 10:30 Check in at the museum entrance.
- Tell the receptionist the name of the exhibition and proceed with the admission process.
Proceed further inside and take the first elevator to the second floor.
② 11:00 TORAM registration begins in Exhibition Room 2D
- Provide the artist's name and reservation number.
③ 12:00 Unpacking the artwork
- Attach the caption to the back of the artwork.
- Lean it against the wall (temporary placement)
④ 12:30 Place the packing materials in the designated location.
- Check that the name is written on the packaging material.
Those who have finished will leave in order.
⑤ 13:00 Delivery acceptance ends
The following day, the coordinator will determine the assignments.
⑥ 19:30 Ready to open
If you have trouble finding the exhibition room, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.

⑥ 19:50 Unloading completed
